Platform sellers are strictly forbidden to send buyers direct email addresses when posting ads or in their store on the CoolOrca website. Instead, we suggest that buyers pay attention to the "Ask a question" option, which is available at the bottom of the detailed product description, to send the seller a personal message.
If you receive a warning from our administration (in case of a platform violation) but believe that it was sent by mistake, or you have been banned from any activity on CoolOrca for a similar reason, please contact us to get more information.
Threats
When communicating on CoolOrca, threats of physical violence are unacceptable, even those sent by email and sent in groups and other public areas.
